Fresh Whipped Cream

Ingredients

heavy cream (fresh)

1 cups

confectioners' sugar

1 tbsp

vanilla extract

1 tsp

Instructions

1. In a cold metal bowl, whip heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
2. Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract, and whip mixture until thick. A peak should stand with a slight break DON’T OVER WHIP.
