- oats, old fashioned

- coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 2 cups
- walnuts, raw, chopped
- ½ cups
- pecans, raw, chopped
- ½ cups
- white chocolate chips
- 1½ cups
- dark baking cocoa, shaved
- 1½ cups
- dried cherries, chopped (tart)
- 2 cups
Instructions
- Preheat 350°F, put rack in the middle position. Bake at 350°F for 11-14min. Cool for 2min on pan. Cool cookies completely on wire rack.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- By hand, stir in oats, coconut flakes, walnuts, pecans, white chocolate chips, dark baking cocoa, and dried cherries.
Notes
because walnuts are gross.
This recipe is a double recipe as it is, and produces a lot of cookies. About five dozen.
