- cream cheese
- 8oz (1 package)
- goat cheese
- 11oz (1 package)
- confectioners' sugar
- 7/8 cups
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and goat cheese together on medium-high speeds until creamy and fluffy.
- Sift and add confectioners’ sugar and continue beating until well-combined. Beat at higher speeds for longer periods for a lighter frosting.
Notes
warm them up. 6/8 cups of sugar produces a tangy frosting. 7/8 cups of sugar produces a balanced tangy/sweet frosting.
I think cream cheese frosting should be thicker and heavier.
